Booking Information
- Retreat booking is open to BSWA members ONLY.
You will not be eligible for the random pick if you are not a FULL member (or a member of related organisations) at the time of this booking or if your membership has expired.
BSWA Membership is available at A$65 per year.

- Minimum age to attend a retreat is 18 years old.
- Applicants are allowed to attend one Ajahn Brahm BSWA retreat ONCE EVERY TWO YEARS (starting from 2025).
- If new to 9-day retreat in Jhana Grove, you should have:
- Attended at least two weekend retreats in Jhana Grove, OR
- Attended other long meditation retreats elsewhere, OR
- Meditated Regularly
WAITLIST 1 (RANDOM PICK)
- Waitlist (Random Pick) booking is open to BSWA FULL members and those from related organisations ONLY.
If you are an Associate Member or if your membership has expired at the time of the booking, your names will be removed from this Waitlist 1.
For Associate Members, you can register for Waitlist 2 when it opens.
For all Members whose memberships have expired, please register for Waitlist 2 when your memberships have been renewed.
- It will be open for 12 hours, after which a random pick process will be used to allocate spots.
- Successful applicants will be noified by email.
- Those selected must register via a given link and complete payment witihin 2 days; otherwise the spot will be forefeited.
- Unsuccessful applicants (only FULL MEMBERS and those from related organisations are eligible) will also be notifed by email and will remain on the waitlist, in the order determined by the random pick. They will not need to re-register and can opt out by informing us via email.
WAITLIST 2
- Waitlist 2 will open after Waitlist (Random Pick) is closed.
- This is open to all BSWA members.
- You will be offered a spot when there is a cancellation and if you are next on the waitlist
Members from related organisations are welcome to make a booking when it opens (including for Waitlist (Random Pick). Related organisations include: Buddhist Fellowship Singapore, Buddhist Gem Fellowship (Kuala Lumpur), Mahindarama Pali School (Penang), Suttarama Buddhist Centre (Terengganu), Ehipassiko Foundation (Indonesia), Bodhinyana International Foundation (Hong Kong) and Buddhist Society of Victoria.
